CAP has been charged by IL Atty General

Hello all. Just an update. The Center for AIDS Prevention, the Beverly Hills based charity that advertised on the New York Times, spread incorrect health information and left a shadowy paper trail, has just been charged by the Illinois attorney general. The suit alleges that they illegally solicited funds in the state and fraudulently obtained a certificate of incorporation. It’s unclear whether the California attorney general will act, too.
